During the design and construction phases, it was necessary to take into account the existing operating room, which had to remain in continuous use. The new operating room was equipped in accordance with the ISO 5 classification.

Ingenium was responsible for the design and supervision of the installation of the HVAC, plumbing, medical gas, and electrical systems.
