1. YOUR STORY
Together, we map out exactly what you want to measure and achieve with BREEAM – and by when.
2. PRE-ASSESSMENT
Our BREEAM Accredited Professionals collect data and focus on energy and materials (categories 1 and 4), with additional attention to health and well-being. For the other categories, we work together with preferred partners.
3. ANALYSIS AND ADVICE
We analyze the data and translate it into concrete measures (credits) to achieve the desired BREEAM level. Each measure is accompanied by a technical and financial feasibility study.
4. REPORTING
You will receive a clear report that can serve as a basis for design decisions, stakeholder communication, or the actual certification.
5. OBTAINING A CERTIFICATE
Ingenium provides the necessary sub-studies and advice to permanent partners, who are responsible for official certification and issuing the BREEAM label.
