VLAIO Greening Scans are tools that help companies identify and implement sustainable measures. These scans, as offered by VLAIO (Flemish Agency for Innovation & Entrepreneurship), focus on improving your company's ecological impact, reducing itscarbon footprint, and generating long-term cost savings. As this is a subsidized form of advice, the Flemish Government is only offering a limited number of scans on a temporary basis. Once the maximum number of scans has been reached, the service will be discontinued.

How Vlaio can help you with this
As a company, you pay only part of the cost of this scan; VLAIO pays 85%.
The full scan has a cost of €10,500 (excluding VAT), of which the entrepreneur pays only €1,575 (excluding VAT). This way, sustainable entrepreneurship also becomes financially feasible and together we look towards a greener future for your company.
The establishment in question must be located in the Flemish Region, and the scan can be performed for a maximum of two establishments. Two scans can be carried out per establishment, thus allowing 4 scans per company (2 establishments and 2 per establishment).
Legally required studies or measures (such as certain measures included in an Energy Plan or audit) do not qualify, study measures included in an EBO energy plan do.
