Smarter consumption, fewer worries—with guarantees that count

1. ANALYSIS OF THE CURRENT SITUATION

We determine the condition of all installations through site visits and audits (optional NEN 2767). We also assess service life, risks, and legal requirements.

2. ENERGY AUDIT AND BASELINE MEASUREMENT

We analyze consumption per energy vector to create an objective basis for future optimizations and savings.

3. IPMVP MODEL FOR ENERGY PERFORMANCE

We use a validated model to simulate current and future energy consumption. This forms the backbone of the performance contract.

4. DETERMINING SAVINGS POTENTIAL

We calculate potential reductions in electricity, gas, water, and CO₂. For each measure, we provide technical, financial (TCO), maintenance, and—if necessary—building physics advice.

5. SPECIFICATIONS AND TENDERING

We draw up results-oriented specifications with inventory, maintenance schedules, and SLAs. Ingenium provides support with publication and assists in selecting the right party.

6. EVALUATION, AWARD, AND FOLLOW-UP

We assess proposals, evaluate investments against the IPMVP model, and advise on which party offers the best guarantees for performance and maintenance. Optionally, we can also assist you with follow-up during operation.
