1. CO-CREATIVE APPROACH TO THE REQUIREMENTS PROGRAM
Together with you as the client and any other advisors and designers, we first define the objectives. What are our goals in terms of sustainability, comfort, energy, etc.?
2. FEASIBILITY STUDY
We use simulations to assess the objectives in terms of their technical and financial feasibility. We check them against regulations and conduct exploratory market consultations.
