First and foremost, we advise on the optimal formula. Does the client want a vertical maintenance contract - all installations across all buildings - or a horizontal contract where a particular installation - for example, the elevators - are maintained in all buildings? Based on the NEN2767 audit, the condition of the installation can be mapped out. This allows a realistic multi-year maintenance budget to be drawn up and monitored.

It is then determined together with the customer which assignments can be carried out by our own people and which should be outsourced. Various formulas are possible for outsourcing, such as performance contracts, resource commitments and work under direction. he client is also involved in drawing up the calls for tenders. Important here is to determine the award criteria tailored to the client's expectations and needs. We also provide service level agreements (SLA) with key performance indicators (KPI) so that the installations continue to meet expectations throughout their lifetime. We then do a vetting of the submitted bids and advise the client on the allocation. If the client wishes, we oversee the start-up and follow-up of effective maintenance.

A maintenance tune-up is also possible. Here we examine the maintenance that is already taking place. Is this maintenance sufficient for these specific installations and is it done in the right way? In this way, existing maintenance contracts can be updated by upgrading certain aspects.
