EPC NR
Non-residential buildings are subject to a legal EPC obligation. The EPC-NR label indicates how energy efficient a building is, from A to F (or X), helps determine your image, and is increasingly requested during transactions, inspections, and audits. From 2025, it will also be mandatory for large government buildings (> 1,000 m²).
