Buildings cannot exist without technical installations. But they are often hidden in walls, floors, ceilings and enclosed spaces in basements or attics. Without techniques, a building is an empty and lifeless box. The building management systems and controls are the brain, the machines and pumps are the heart, and the pipes and ducts are the lungs, veins and nerves that bring a building to life. We do that resolutely in a sustainable way.
