Control and certainty with Ingenium Group

1. START-UP COMMISSIONING

During start-up, we test installations through visual inspections, spot checks (
, in accordance with EN 12599), and analysis of data from the BMS. This allows us to verify that your building meets all predetermined requirements in terms of comfort, energy, and operational reliability.

2. PERIODIC COMMISSIONING

We perform repeated or ad hoc checks to continuously validate performance — monthly, seasonally, or based on complaints or deviations in energy consumption. Can also be used to obtain BREEAM credits.

3. PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS AND PROBLEM SOLVING

We identify the causes of performance issues and formulate measures:
