Ingenium conducted an energy audit for the buildings of the Flemish Parliament and the House of Flemish Representatives on behalf of the Flemish Government.　

‍Bothwere energy audits required as part of the environmental permit for large energy consumers, in accordance with regulations in Brussels.

In addition, a more in-depth control system analysis was conducted for both buildings as part of a control system audit. Based on two measurement campaigns (a summer campaign and a winter campaign), this audit reviewed the control settings of the main systems (heating, cooling, ventilation) and identified areas where control system optimizations could be implemented.

At the same time, an inventory of the technical systems was conducted through a NEN 2767 audit. This inventory will also serve as the basis for the maintenance contract, for which Ingenium provided additional advice.
