‍System audit based on the inventory of technical systems covered by the maintenance contract.

Ingenium recommends performing a quick scan of the system using the building management system (BMS) as a tool. The goal is to determine whether the system is functioning independently and optimally. A list of malfunctions and opportunities for optimization will be compiled. If available, we will use the functional description that Honeywell used as the basis for programming.

Ingenium is drawing up a step-by-step action plan:

1) Requesting all relevant documents prior to the visit,

2) Scheduling the on-site visit and requesting remote access to the BMS

3) Conformity check/functional description

4) preparing a report that describes the situation and provides a clear overview of the installation

5) An on-site brainstorming session to discuss installation issues and potential improvements.

Seasonal audit optimization (average of 1 day per month)

- Remote monitoring of the BMS and reporting (once a month)

- Quarterly on-site visit with the maintenance company SPIE

Complete satisfaction among users, the technical team, and Credendo’s management after six months of collaboration.
