Ingenium assisted Corum Origin Belgium and het Facilitair Bedrijf Flemish het Facilitair Bedrijf with the comprehensive, phased renovation of the building management system at the Hendrik Conscience Building in Brussels, a large office building housing Flemish Government officials.

Ingenium is responsible for drafting contracts between the various parties, reviewing and refining the technical designs, monitoring the Smart Readiness Indicator and after the work, providing on-site supervision, overseeing the final inspection, and conducting seasonal commissioning for two years following provisional acceptance. The work will be carried out in phases, allowing the Conscience Building to remain fully operational throughout the project.

The Fixsus building management system was chosen to replace the old system.
