With the new office building, Callens wants to focus primarily on the new way of working. Employees will be able to choose whether to work at a fixed workstation, in the concentration and study rooms, at the flexible desks, or in the phone booths. Meetings will also be possible, both informal and formal, using the latest audiovisual technology. The Calliërs space will focus on the employee experience, with a fitness room, relaxation room, and cafeteria, among other things. There will also be an event space for (external) seminars, training courses, information meetings for staff, etc.

Callens also aims high in terms of technology. The new building is equipped with demand-driven ventilation, concrete core activation, and a heat pump. Additional investments were made in PV panels for generating green electricity.
