Robiano Castle - SAS institute
SAS Institute is an American multinational company that develops and sells analytics software that enables companies to better access, manage, analyze and report data. The company is the world's largest privately held software company and its software is used by most of the Fortune 500.
In Belgium, SAS Institute is located in Tervuren where they have converted a historic building "Castle Robiano" into an office environment. Current project concerns the revaluation of the listed building while respecting its historical value and origin. In addition to the castle, the corresponding adaptation works for the adjacent office as well as the associated phasing works are included in the scope of work. Since many large clients from all over the world visit the site, the client attaches great importance to creating a "wow" effect during the renovation/restoration. Thereby the aim is to create a modern state-of-the-art working environment in a historical setting and a first class customer experience.
For this project, Ingenium will be responsible for the complete study and follow-up of the technical equipment.
