At St. Jan Hospital, Ingenium is working on the renovation of the kitchen and the goods receiving area. They are currently working on the kitchen, and Phase 1—the dishwashing area—has been completed. The dishwashing area, where the dishwashers for cutlery, porcelain, and baskets are located, is climate-controlled by an air-handling unit with a heat recovery capacity of 9,500 m³/h. In addition to the air-side connections, these dishwashers are also hydraulically connected to the central heating system and the plumbing system for supply and return lines (cold and hot softened water, osmosis water). The electrical equipment consists of hermetically sealed lighting fixtures and the necessary outlets to power the appliances.
