Ingenium performed an audit in accordance with the NEN 2767 standard for the VAC Brugge building. This as a baseline measurement at the start of the maintenance contract. This includes a visual inspection of the systems. The condition of the systems is determined. The result is a report that clearly shows the condition of all parts of the technical installations and also gives an overview of those things that need to be put in order (defects). The audit report will also enable the client to make a comparison between the initial state and the final state at the end of the assignment, both in terms of technical management and total assurance.
