The realization of this building is part of a larger development called Park 7 in Diegem. Park 7 is a completely new environmentally friendly development with a focus on human wellbeing. Park 7 is located in the office zone of Diegem near the airport of Zaventem, which makes the accessibility ideal. Moreover, Immogra wants to develop here a state-of-the art park of which this first project is BREEAM Very Good and BEN (Near Energy Neutral).

As part of BREEAM HEA01 and HEA04, Ingenium conducted various simulations to optimize thermal and visual comfort.
About 30 façade designs were analyzed in terms of daylight and thermal comfort to arrive at an optimized façade design.
