The mission is to support the Technical Assistance Hub (TEA Hub) of Leiedal in its activities. We provide action-oriented tailored technical advice for concrete projects of local governments, citizens (VMEs...), CPASs, SMEs, schools, associations, etc. that call on the TEA Hub.

The projects frame the energy transition and could be, for example, the following:

- generate renewable energy (electricity or heat)

- consume thisenergy or increase self-consumption

- energy storage

- to do energy sharing

- offer energy (efficiency) services (such as tools for energy monitoring or energy savings, joint investments in energy savings,organize shared car system...)

- offer flexibilityor aggregation

- energy sales (possibly with power purchase agreement)

- offer charging services for electric cars.

A first subtask we performed (Jul-Aug 2025) was a battery study for a sports hall in Roeselare. On the basis of the electrical consumption profile, the energy contract and the PV revenues, we calculated various scenarios, provided technical advice and gave an interpretation of the possible earning models.
