A third bioversneller building will be constructed on the Zwijnaarde Technology Park site, next to the new VIB building. There are already bioversneller I and II on the site, but due to the need for research space, a third building with a total surface area of approximately 11,550 m² is being planned by Obelisc nv . The building comprises six floors, in which 23 shell units of approximately 320 m² plus a technical floor will be provided. The filling of the units has a highly varying package of requirements, which means that maximum flexibility is desired for the technical filling of the building.

Each unit will have a maximum technical facility available, with the concept of technical ducts and spaces conceived in such a way that there is still room available for integration of specific user requirements. The project will be carried out in construction team, together with the executing parties Denys-IPES.
