Renovation of two floors of an existing building at the site in Braine-l’Alleud. The main functions include offices, meeting rooms, multipurpose spaces, and a metrology lab.

The HVAC systems selected consist of centralized mechanical ventilation with heat recovery from the exhaust air, and building heating and cooling via dynamic beams. Motorized constant-flow air dampers have been installed in the offices.
