On behalf of the Chinese company Lingang Overseas, a logistics center including offices is being designed by the team DEVI Mts (a partnership with the following partners: Dugardyn, Establis, Verhaeghe and Industrium/Ingenium).

It will be a super exciting project that will proceed in 2 phases. The first phase of 80,000 m² will start at the end of August 2021 and should be fully completed by the end of August 2022 (12 months). As icing on the cake, a BREEAM Excellent will be targeted! The second phase will follow immediately after and is also about 80,000 m². Then a train connection with loading and unloading area on the site will also be provided.
