Audit of Regulation and Optimization Monitoring

1: Audit the control system based on an inventory of existing technical installations covered by maintenance contracts.

Ingenium proposes to perform a quick scan of the system using the Building Management System (BMS) as a tool. The goal is to determine whether the system is operating autonomously and optimally. A list of malfunctions and suggestions for optimization will be compiled. If available, we will use the functional description that Honeywell used as the basis for its programming.

Ingenium is developing a step-by-step action plan:

1) Request for all relevant documents prior to the visit,

2) Scheduling an on-site visit and requesting remote access to the BMS

3) Verification of compliance/functional description

4) Drafting a report that accurately describes the situation and provides a clear picture of the facility

5) An on-site brainstorming session to identify installation issues and discuss potential improvements.

2: Seasonal Optimization Audit (Average: 1 day per month)

- Remote monitoring of the BMS and reporting (once a month)

- Quarterly on-site meeting with the maintenance company SPIE
