To ensure maximum reliability, the site was equipped with a redundant 150-kV grid connection rated at 200 MVA. The high-voltage installation consists of a dual configuration with air-insulated switchgear (AIS). Each of the two redundant high-voltage transformers supplies two independent 13kV medium-voltage networks. To ensure an uninterrupted power supply, emergency power generators are provided that can take over the entire electrical load in the event of a grid failure.
