Technical audit in cultural buildings
A Quick scan was performed for several cultural buildings according to the NEN2767 methodology, complemented by proposals for energy optimizations and a management summary that establishes owner investment priorities across the buildings, with a budget overview for the coming years.
A technical audit was carried out on 31 cultural building sites with the aim of determining the current state of the technical installations and the maintenance-exploitation work carried out on them.Several objectives were defined:Quality control of the operation and maintenance work related to the technical installations Drawing up an action plan starting from the current condition state of the technical installations.
Here the evaluation method according to NEN 2767 was used. The report was further supplemented with energetic optimizations. This shows the possible optimizations as well as the expected cost price. The following buildings, among others, were audited:
- Ancienne Belgique - 10,000 m²
- Beursschouwburg - 3,779 m²
- Cultural centers De Rand - The Boesdaalhoeve - 2,213 m²
- Cultural centers De Rand - De Bosuil - 3,487 m²
- Cultural centers De Rand - The Hourglass - 4,891 m²
- The New Workhouses (Rosas) - 7,110 m²
- The Singel - 46,000 m²
- Destelheide - 14,510 m²
- Felix De Boeck museum - 2,100 m²
- High Riles - 20,805 m²
- Cay Theatre - 2,232.98 m²
- MuHKA - 9,124 m²
