Phase 4.2 plans an expansion of approximately 12,000 m² for the Singel International Arts Center.

This extension should provide additional space for teaching and rehearsal rooms, exhibition rooms, medium-sized halls, a visitors' cafeteria, and support rooms both at the Singel itself and at the Antwerp Polytechnic. Within a strict budgetary framework and tight timing, Ingenium provided the design for the technical systems for HVAC, Electricity, Plumbing and Fire Fighting.
