Kevlinx Data Center

As traditional data centers face increasing constraints in terms of space and power, demand for digital infrastructure in Brussels is growing rapidly. IT capacity is projected to grow by nearly 90% between 2025 and 2030, driven by high-density workloads and the adoption of AI. Meeting the performance and sustainability requirements of modern workloads, including HPC and AI, requires a new generation of future-proof infrastructure.

The Kevlinx BRU01 campus addresses this need. Located in the Brussels-Capital Region, it will be the largest multi-tenant facility available for commercial use in Belgium. Scheduled to open in December 2025, the first phase of BRU01 is a sustainably designed and operated facility, purpose-built to support the evolving needs of hyperscalers, large enterprises, government agencies, academic institutions, and cloud service providers.

The initial 4 MW of IT capacity will offer densities of up to 60 kW per rack. This is part of a broader 17.5 MW capacity expansion, with the remaining 13.5 MW currently under development to support high-density, liquid-cooled environments of approximately 150 kW+ per rack. Once fully built out, the BRU01 campus will provide a total of 32+ MW of future-proof capacity, supporting Belgium’s role in the global digital economy and enabling the deployment of advanced AI-driven technologies.
