lngenium has carried out many studies for the renovation of high-voltage cabinets by order of the Province of West Flanders.

The issues were different each time. Sometimes high voltage was renewed in the context of integration of renewable energy or the risk analyses according to RD 2012. In other projects (e.g. House of Power), the various low-voltage connections were replaced by a single high-voltage connection. This resulted in significant savings in distribution network costs. In other projects, the management of the cabin was then just transferred to Fluvius (domain d'Aertrycke).

The different projects always had an atypical character. For example, the renewal of the high voltage cabin PTI required a breakdown between Howest and PTI both physically and by billing. With regard to the Raversyde domain, for example, a directional drilling is required under the public road. In each case, the impact on the low-voltage installations must also be examined.
