The current VRF system at the administrative center in Meise is no longer functioning properly. It causes drafts and requires a great deal of maintenance. For this reason, the building’s cooling and heating systems are being reevaluated. Various scenarios are being developed (including installing a new VRF system; installing climate ceilings in combination with a heat pump; etc.) and compared using a Total Cost of Ownership method. A bid document will be prepared for the selected concept.
