At UZ Brussel, the genetics lab is being renovated. The different rooms change function, and the microbiology lab is integrated into the service.
Within this project, the design of the different techniques (HVAC, electricity, medical gases) was worked out by Ingenium.
Since the works are done in a lab that must remain in service, the works were divided into 5 phases. Of these, 3 phases have already been completed. Because of the complexity of the works and the phasing, this site is closely monitored by Ingenium.
