New factory buildings and offices
The brand new buildings with production, storage and offices occupy about 18,000 m² on a 23 400 m² plot of land.
Industrium was there from the beginning as an engineering firm to design the necessary energy technologies, such as utilities, HVAC, sprinkler, electrical, LED lighting compressed air, ...
To meet the increasingly stringent requirements of EPB for offices, tight attention was paid to energy efficiency during the design and, in addition, 250 kWp of solar panels were installed.
