• Detailed inventory of energy-using facilities (such as heating, cooling, and compressed air systems).

• Analysis of process plants such as mixing plants, filling lines and furnaces.

2. Energy analysis:

• Collection and analysis of historical data on energy consumption (gas, electricity, fuel oil).

• Identification of largest energy consumers based on installed power and useful life.

• Calculation of specific energy consumption by product.

3. Monitoring and Measurements:

• Assessment of existing energy monitoring systems and identification of gaps.

• Propose improvements in energy monitoring (e.g., sub-metering).

4. Identification of Energy Conservation Measures:

• Proposals such as pressure reduction in compressed air systems, relighting, and optimization of cooling and heating scenarios.

• Evaluation of renewable energy potential (e.g., additional PV installations).

5. Economic Analysis:

• Calculation of investment costs, energy savings, payback period and internal rate of return (IRR) for proposed measures.

6. Reporting and Consulting:

• Preparation of a detailed report with technical descriptions, energy analyses, and recommendations.

• Advice on obligations and subsidies according to Flemish regulations
