Preparation of energy vision for cold and heat based on existing condition and upcoming building master plan.

For the AZ St-Jozef Hospital in Malle, Ingenium prepared a phased global master plan vision for the heat and cold production within the framework of the new construction and renovation projects planned for the future. The focus was on the simplicity and manageability of the installation and the sustainability of the techniques used (e.g. air/water heat pump and CHP). The cost-effectiveness of the proposals was examined.

Ingenium also drew up boundary conditions for the systems of the new buildings.

The study provides a step-by-step plan to achieve a fossil-free heated hospital in phases.
