Ingenium conducted an energy audit for the buildings of the Flemish Parliament and the House of the Flemish People's Representatives by order of the Flemish Government.　

‍Bothwere energy audits associated with the environmental permit for large consumers, in accordance with regulations in Brussels.

In addition, a more in-depth control analysis was carried out for both buildings in a control audit. Using two measurement campaigns (summer campaign and winter campaign), the technical control settings of the main systems (heating, cooling, ventilation) were checked and it was indicated where technical control optimizations could be implemented.

In parallel, an inventory of the technical systems was made by means of a NEN 2767 audit. This inventory will also be used as the basis for the maintenance contract, for which Ingenium also provided additional advice.
