Fluvius NMDA Homes
On a residential basis, the rate of external heat supply is determined according to the No More Than Otherwise (NMDA) principle. Multiple energy concepts are included in the study for evaluation of the NMDA tariff. The model assumes an imposed E and S level and compares the different energy concepts based on: Investment cost; Operating cost (maintenance / reinvestment / energy).

The model assumes an imposed E and S level and compares different energy concepts based on:
- Investment cost;
- Operating costs (maintenance / reinvestment / energy).
Following energy concepts are included in the analysis:
- Individual L/W heat pumps;
- Individual drilling with individual heat pumps;
- Individual gas boilers;
- External heat. A limited sensitivity analysis is performed.
