Ingenium is advising VDAB in the preparation of a master plan in the context of the government's goal to make its building heritage climate neutral by 2050.

Through a screening of all sites spread throughout Flanders, the objectives will be concretized with an individual approach per center. Via TCO calculations for several scenarios, the economic aspect will not be forgotten in the vision, in addition to the sustainable aspect. Finally, together with the client VDAB, an investment plan will be drawn up to achieve the objective in 2050.
