Het zomercomfort werd afgetoetst voor het kantoorgebouw Imoya.
De evaluatie is uitgevoerd op 3 ruimtes van de bovenverdieping en 12 varianten (verschillende types zonnewering, zonwerende beglazing, koeling,…) zijn uitwerkt. Tevens zijn verschillende klimaatscenario’s doorgerekend. Het thermisch zomercomfort werd geëvalueerd op basis van NBN EN 15251.
