As part of the restoration of the Church of Our Lady in Temse, Ingenium is carrying out an energy audit in accordance with the provisions of the Flemish Government Heritage.

At the request of the Church of Our Lady in Temse, a number of scenarios have been studied to heat the church in a better and more energy-efficient way.

Two scenarios have been calculated:

  • Renewing an existing installation
  • Fossil-free heating with low temperature output

In addition, the investment costs and revenues of roof insulation and secondary glazing have been calculated.
