INGENIUM is in charge of the design, competition, supervision in execution and further support to the Brussels Regional Housing Company for the development of about 400 PV installations with a total capacity of about 8 MWp.

INGENIUM acts as an expert agency for the installation of photovoltaic installations on the building patrimony of the Brussels social and public housing sector managed by the Public Real Estate Companies and the Brussels Capital Region. It concerns the development of about 500 PV installations with a total capacity of about 10 MWp.

We are responsible for drafting the specifications intended for the award of the works and guidance during allocation. Through spatial GIS analyses, we create final feasibility studies of all buildings in scope. These documents are created in an automated way that serve as the basis for the implementation of the PV installations on the buildings selected by BGHM.

Also included in the assignment is training of staff and future managers, supervision during execution, audits for preliminary and final acceptance, investigation in case of failure, etc....
