In addition to this assignment, Ingenium was also responsible for drawing up a NEN2767 condition assessment, assistance with the conclusion of the previous maintenance contract and the follow-up of the current contract, by means of periodic follow-up moments and tours of the building during which the maintenance tasks are checked against the requirements of the specifications.
