Ingenium is responsible for drawing up an energy master plan for Agentschap Wegen en Verkeer by order of the Flemish Energy Company.

This is an electric climate plan to set the outline for this agency's sustainable policy. The output leads to a priority schedule and investment program for achieving the Flemish climate objectives. The focus of the assignment is the drawing up of a solar plan in which large-scale PV parks are integrated into residual spaces. The scope of the project includes the inventory of more than about 15,000 land and infrastructure areas and all electric consumers of AWV.

Ingenium inventoried and located suitable land and consumers and processed them in spatial plans into usable map material for further development. The data resulting from this analysis is processed into a clear dashboard in which the development of realized and planned projects are visualized, so that it can be easily verified that objectives are being achieved. This is supplemented by a priority chart in which planned developments and measures are tracked.
