With the downsizing of a number of buildings in the patrimony of the Flemish Government, condition measurements (NEN 2767 audits) and a multi-year investment plan (via Elise reporting) must be drawn up for these buildings.
Energy potential scans are performed for these buildings at the same time. Based on this information, a stay, stretch or leave decision can then be made for the building in question and an investment plan is provided to make the building climate neutral or not.
Ingenium is conducting these studies in partnership with Freestone, including for the following buildings:
- Ghent VAC Virginie Loveling (36,644 m²)
- Brussels Hendrik Conscience (40,495 m²)
- Hasselt VAC Hendrik Van Veldeke (15,272 m²)
- Leuven VAC Dirk Bouts (24,686 m²)
- Brussels Herman Teirlinck (48,039 m²)
- Vilvoorde Gustaaf Levisstraat 45 Depot Vilvoorde (16,418 m²)
- Bruges VAC Jacob Van Maerlant (23,784 m²)
