Smart steps to sustainable property management via online tool

Thanks to data analysis and a strategic approach, we identify targeted measures for energy efficiency and CO₂ reduction. Our tool helps you draw up a customized investment plan and budget, with clear insight into costs, payback periods and the long-term impact of your investments. Everything is tailored to your specific needs.

The online tool provides you with strategic support to improve energy labels and sustainability.

There are several stages:

Analysis of the current situation

We start with an analysis of your patrimony to identify the current condition of each building. In doing so, we identify the highest priority buildings based on available data such as EPC (NR) scores, in-house site visits and other relevant information.

Proposal of investments

We propose targeted measures for each building to keep it operational and meet future legislation or your own sustainability goals, with a focus on energy efficiency and carbon reduction. Each proposal is customized.

Strategy and multi-year plan

We work closely with the building manager to develop a long-term strategy and establish a multi-year plan with short- and long-term actions to improve the buildings' energy performance. In doing so, we integrate the CRREM methodology to reduce the risk of stranded assets and achieve climate goals.

Interactive dashboards

The results are clearly presented in user-friendly, interactive dashboards. These provide clear insight at both the building and portfolio level, making it easy to perform analyses, set priorities and monitor the progress of measures.

Manage and update yourself

The dashboard's flexibility allows you to make changes yourself, such as shifting measures over time, adding real-time consumption data or divesting buildings. This keeps your strategic plan always up-to-date and aligned with new priorities.

Design and implementation support

We stay close to our clients throughout the entire process. If required, we also guide you in the design and implementation of the proposed measures. In this way, we ensure a personal, customized solution and convert the plan into concrete actions with measurable results.

This tool promises to be an essential tool for any organization striving to become carbon neutral.

For the Route Plan Climate Neutral City Buildings for City of Bruges, all the accumulated data was visualized in a dynamic environment thanks to this tool. In this way, the route plan is a working tool for the city to stay "on track" with the goals and align with the internal strategic objectives.

Ingenium also developed a carbon roadmap to reduce operational emissions and the overall carbon footprint of the Financietoren Brussels building. The City2 and La Monnaie shopping centers in Brussels, among others, are also taking a step toward carbon neutrality through this tool.
