For the city of Deinze, we performed a NEN2767 audit, combined with a review of the existing building management system (BMS) and the associated setup parameters.

Objectives

  1. Inventory of installations
Drawing up a clear plan for the replacement of installations in the building, based on the results of the NEN2767 audit.
  2. Building Management Optimization
    ‍To
identify and address complaints and inefficiencies within the current building management system.
  3. Energy Saving
Identifying the biggest energy losses through trending analyses and formulating concrete measures to optimize energy consumption.

Results

  1. Installation replacement mapped
Based on the audit, a timeline was established for replacing various installations in the pool, with prioritization of critical elements.
  2. Complaint Analysis
The review of the BMS identified the causes of existing complaints and established an action plan to resolve them.
  3. Energy conservation proposals

    • Adjustments to plant setup parameters and operation times.
    •
    • Concrete recommendations to reduce energy loss focused on sustainability and lower operating costs.

Added value

Thanks to this project, the city of Deinze has a clear roadmap for maintenance and replacement of installations and insight into optimization of energy consumption, resulting in more efficient and sustainable management of the building.
