Palaestra Sports Complex
For the city of Deinze, we performed a NEN2767 audit, combined with a review of the existing building management system (BMS) and the associated setup parameters.
Objectives
- Inventory of installations
Drawing up a clear plan for the replacement of installations in the building, based on the results of the NEN2767 audit. - Building Management Optimization
Toidentify and address complaints and inefficiencies within the current building management system. - Energy Saving
Identifying the biggest energy losses through trending analyses and formulating concrete measures to optimize energy consumption.
Results
- Installation replacement mapped
Based on the audit, a timeline was established for replacing various installations in the pool, with prioritization of critical elements. - Complaint Analysis
The review of the BMS identified the causes of existing complaints and established an action plan to resolve them. - Energy conservation proposals
- Adjustments to plant setup parameters and operation times.
- Concrete recommendations to reduce energy loss focused on sustainability and lower operating costs.
Added value
Thanks to this project, the city of Deinze has a clear roadmap for maintenance and replacement of installations and insight into optimization of energy consumption, resulting in more efficient and sustainable management of the building.
